Accommodation Pricing
Rooms are limited, so we encourage you to RSVP as soon as possible to secure your spot. Room types—Single, Double, and Triple occupancy—are available. Rates are per person, with children able to join for just $87 each. Due to limited availability, Quad rooms may be offered only with the bride and groom’s prior approval. If you are considering accommodations for more than three travelers, please contact the bride and groom directly for details.
Booking Your Stay – Important Information
We’re so excited to celebrate with you in Costa Rica! To make your trip seamless and stress-free, it’s important that each guest completes the full booking process. Every step plays a key role in securing your spot, travel details, and resort accommodations.
Here’s what to do—and why it matters: All steps are required to officially reserve your room and confirm your attendance. Please don’t skip any part of the process—it ensures everything runs smoothly for everyone involved.

Please note: We have reached our guest capacity. All new bookings will require an additional $100 per person payment. Before completing your RSVP, a $100 deposit is required. This is not the full trip payment — it simply secures your reservation so we can finalize your booking. Once your deposit has been submitted, you’ll be directed to complete the RSVP form.

Step 1: Submit Your RSVP + Room Selection

Step 2: Ensure Your Passport Is Up to Date
A valid passport is required for international travel. Please double-check that yours will be valid through your travel dates. If you need to renew or apply for one, begin the process early to avoid delays Complete passport application online here.
Step 3: Finalize Your Booking & Payment Plan
After submitting your RSVP, our travel agent will reach out to finalize your booking. A deposit is required to secure your room. Booking early ensures access to group rates and allows for a smooth planning process. You’ll have the option to pay in full or set up a payment plan—reserve your spot today!
Step 4: Upload Your Passport
During the RSVP process, you’ll be asked to upload a photo or scan of your passport. If it’s not available or up to date at the time, no problem—you can upload it later using this link: Upload Passport Here. Providing your passport in advance ensures a smooth and timely booking experience.
Step 5: Watch for a Confirmation from Our Travel Agent
Once your RSVP form is submitted, our travel agent will be in touch within 48 hours to confirm your reservation and walk you through what’s next.
